Custom Product Label Stickers

Waterproof, durable vinyl labels for jars, bottles, candles, cosmetics, and food products. Made in Washington.

💧 Durability & Waterproofing

Yes. Our product labels are printed on waterproof vinyl with protective laminate coating. They won't bubble, peel, or smear when exposed to water, oil, or condensation.

This makes them perfect for bathroom products (soap, lotion, shampoo), kitchen items (sauces, jams, honey), and refrigerated goods. The label stays intact even when the jar is submerged in ice water or washed multiple times.

Yes, top-rack dishwasher safe. The waterproof vinyl and laminate coating protect the label through wash cycles.

Caveat: Bottom-rack high heat may degrade the adhesive over time. For best longevity, place labeled jars on the top rack or hand wash.

Yes. The vinyl is flexible enough to conform to curved glass bottles, plastic jars, and round containers without wrinkling or peeling.

Application tip: Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces. Start from one edge and smooth toward the other to avoid air bubbles. The adhesive needs 24 hours to fully cure for maximum durability.

📏 Sizing & Applications

Label size depends on your container size and how much coverage you want:

  • Small jars (4-8oz): 2-3 inches - perfect for candles, cosmetics, honey jars
  • Medium bottles (8-16oz): 3-4 inches - ideal for sauces, lotions, oils
  • Large containers (16oz+): 4-6 inches - great for large jars, coffee bags, boxes

Pro tip: Your label should cover 30-60% of the visible front surface for best visual impact. Too small looks cheap, too large looks overwhelming.

Our customers use these labels for:

  • Candles: Survives heat and wax drips, looks professional on glass jars
  • Cosmetics & skincare: Waterproof for bathroom use (lotions, serums, creams)
  • Food jars: Honey, jam, pickles, salsa, hot sauce (external labels)
  • Soap & bath products: Handles moisture, oils, and humidity
  • Coffee & tea: Custom roaster or blend branding
  • Craft products: Handmade goods for Etsy, farmers markets, craft fairs
  • Shipping boxes: Branded packaging seals and thank-you stickers

Absolutely. Our minimum is just 25 labels - perfect for testing designs, launching new products, or serving small-batch artisan goods.

Many customers start with 25 or 50 labels to test their design and product fit, then scale up to 100-500 once they're confident. No pressure to order thousands up front.

⚖️ Food Safety & Compliance

Our labels are perfect for food product packaging - jars, bottles, boxes, and bags. They are not FDA food-grade certified for direct food contact.

What this means:

  • Great for: External labels on sealed containers (jam jars, sauce bottles, coffee bags)
  • Great for: Packaging stickers (box seals, bag closures)
  • Not for: Surfaces that touch food directly (inside of containers, bakery wrappers)

For direct food contact, work with a food-grade label printer. For packaging and external branding, we've got you covered.

Effective product labels have three key elements:

  1. Brand name or logo (top or center - largest element)
  2. Product name or description (what's inside the jar)
  3. Key info if required (weight, ingredients, contact info)

Design tips:

  • Use high-contrast colors (dark text on light background or vice versa)
  • 300 DPI minimum resolution for crisp printing
  • Leave 1/8" margin around edges for die-cut tolerance
  • Transparent backgrounds look best for die-cut labels
  • Test readability at actual printed size (zoom out to see how it looks)
